Because every home is different. Our pricing is based on the size, condition, needs and scope of your property, so we would rather see it than guess. After your consultation you receive a personalized recommendation and quote.
What happens at the consultation?
Skarlet visits your property in person to understand your home, your expectations and your priorities. She assesses the size, condition and surfaces, then writes a cleaning plan tailored to your home, and you receive a personalized recommendation and quote.
Will I be able to reach the owner?
Yes. Skarlet personally communicates with clients and stays involved in the quality of the service. You can call or text her directly at 571-201-4227, Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or email Skarlet@crystallineservicesllc.com.
Can you use the products I prefer?
Yes. If you have preferred products, we use them. Tell us during your consultation and they are written into your cleaning plan, including where they are kept, so the team arrives already knowing what matters.
We have pets. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Notes for pets, alarms and access are part of every cleaning plan, so the team knows where your pets stay and what should be kept closed or latched during the visit.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve clients throughout Northern Virginia, including Arlington, McLean, Vienna, Falls Church, Fairfax, Alexandria, Tysons, Reston, Great Falls, Oakton, Herndon and Sterling, as well as Washington, DC and select Maryland communities. If your community is nearby and not listed, please ask.
